Legal Question in DUI Law in North Carolina

Whats the deal?(probation violation)

I was arrested, and sentenced, for a DUI in NC,but I live in TN,I got 30 days, pullng weekends,in the county jail.I pulled 1 weekend, then went back the next week, and they made me blow in a box, said I was drunk, and would not accept me into jail. The next day,I called the jail,to admit myself, and they said call the courthouse(which I did,and They said call the jail(which I did). This went on for about a month, and I got tired of it,and said''Im not going to beg to go to jail.'',so I stopped calling them. Now they have a warrant, charging me with Violation of probation. My question is,is there a statute of limitations for this? I feel like im getting railroaded here,I didnt commit a felony, paid all my fines, and they took my car.Any help would be appreciatd. Thank You.

If you don't get good help, you are looking at ~1 Year in prison. There is no statue of limitations here. Call an attorney right away!
