Thank you for writing! I need some more information before I can answer. Of course, you get at least one court appearance for a dwi charge. In most North Carolina counties you have to appear or an order will be issued for your arrest. In most cases you have a court date once a month on the officer's court date until your case is resolved. Does that answer your question? If not, you may call cell number 919 302-8271 and we can discuss this further. Thank you!
