In NC what is the statute of limitations on a DWI charge?

When you say statute of limitations, I believe you mean how long does a DWI stay on my record and effect my driver's license? The answer is forever.

When you go to court for a traffic violation the officer runs a check on your license and depending on how far back he goes, you may luck out and he may not discover a really old DWI. However, even if he found one that was 50 years old it would still hold up in court.
