Legal Question in Education Law in North Carolina

my daughter has austim, the school is refusing and asking us why do we need one. and is giving a us a hard time to get one. is that a reason a sue?

There is a procedure the school should tell you about under a federal law called IDEA, and also a federal law called the Rehab Act of 1973, to get services in school for your child. What are you asking for from the school?
