I'm sending this on behalf of my newphew who's exgirlfriend took their twins out of state to texas. I can't afford an expensive atty and can only make payments. I need someone who can help me. He is

desperate. Is there anyone who can help us maybe do some pro bono work. please

You will need to hire an attorney for this or he will have to proceed pro se. He should go to court to file to have her return before six months lapses.
