Can I drop the temporary 50B on my husband so we don't have to go to court I was upset and wasn't thinking right we have to kids that wanna go back home to there daddy and I didn't give him a chance to even example him self he didn't hit me we were fighting over the phone

A 50(b) action is a civil action so you can request the case be dismissed but that is the equivalent you you 'crying wolf' and basically admitting that you at a minimum misused the Court and tax payers money because you were "upset and wasn't thinking right".. Also, you may possibly be admitting to perjury if you stated on the affidavit that he hit you when if in fact he did not. This is the kind of thing that makes if hard for women who actually are abused and will make it harder for you if you need to file a 50(b) in the future. Best of luck to you!
