Can I file for child support in NC if I haven't received it before? I share 50/50 custody with his father and he recently got married after dating a girl for a month

Sure, you can be bop down to your local Child Support Enforcement office and they will be happy to hook you up with whatever you are entitled to - but what does the fact, that baby daddy got married have to do with anything? New wife's income (if any) will not be calculated into any child support amount you may receive.
