Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Yes my question is I live in NC my husband is strung out on crack cocaine I having to take valuable items to work with me in my car on a daily basis to keep him from sale them. I have call the cops but they say because we are married they can't put him out. What are my options how can I get him removed from the house

Unfortunately, there is not too much you can do, other than him being arrested. You need to speak to a family law options to discuss a plan that will lead to divorce.
