Getting My Twins Back

I need to know how to know what papers have to be filied to take custody away from the birth mother and given to the grandmother without the mothers consent and knowledge.

You can't do that. The mother needs to have notice. Custody is a complicated legal issue. Several courts have different roles in custody that require different types of paperwork...probate court-temporary guardianship; juvenile court-deprivation and custody issues;superior court--temporary and perm custody. You need to contact an attorney to help you.
