And your question is?

There is no "civil summons answer" help form. I don't know when you received the complaint, what you were sued for, whether you were sued in small claims or whether you have any defenses or not.

The answer must be drafted by you, Use the same caption as on the complaint. If this was in regular district/superior court, there are numbered paragraphs in the complaint. In your answer, use the same numbered paragraph format and admit statements from the complaint if they are true and deny if they are not true. If you don't know, then deny and ask for proof at trial.

Instead of trying to do this on your own or coming to law guru you need to go to a civil litigation attorney immediately,

If this is for a credit card debt, whether you should bother with an answer or not depends. If you want to discuss your situation more specifically (I only handle the resolution of credit card debts outside of litigation) please contact me at [email protected]. I give free consults via email and can review the complaint, discuss your options and provide you with advice about asset protection.
