Special court martial and my criminal record.

How and when does a Special Court Martial for larceny appear on a criminal record?

I did a record search on myself and couldn't find it.

It does not always show up. CID/NCIS/OSI are the folks that normally input criminal investigations and the results to NCIC. If law enforcement wasn't involved, or they didn't follow procedure, or it's too soon after the court-martial, it may never show up. Have had that happen with some clients.
