Legal Question in Personal Injury in North Carolina

How to mention defendant has auto insurance and other accidents without getting

. Can the Pro se mention the word insurance company in personal injury car accident even though it is a state law to have it. The case will be dismissed. If you gave bills to the insurance company you cant say it. There has to be a way to enter the evidence. I didnt get that far. I was going to say I gave the bills to a representative of the defendant. How can the insurance co be named and presented into evidence plus their refusal to cooperate.

Also could not mention 4 other accidents and drunk driving.

The existence of insurance is not admissible. A PI claim is against the owner and/or driver of the other vehicle, not the insurance company. Reading between the lines, you're in big trouble and need an attorney. No one can tell you how to practice law over the internet. Get help.
