Legal Question in Personal Injury in North Carolina

personal injury/workman's compensation

I was out of town on a work assignment and was injured in the hotel I was staying in. I fall in my room as I was getting up to prepare for work. Would this be under the workman's comp. guidelines?

Yes. Notify the employer and file Form 18 with the NC Industrial Commission ASAP.
