illegal eviction!!!
can a mortage company legally evict me from a home on my property? if they can what rights do i have to charge them a fee for having their home on my property?

A lot more information is needed and you probably need to consult an attorney.
A Landlord can evict you. A mortgage company can generally foreclose. If you borrowed money from them and have failed to make payments, they can probably foreclose depending on what the deed of trust says. Typically, the loan is secured by your property so that would mean they can sell your property if you are in default.
