What is the period of real estate buyers remorse?

There is no such thing. When you buy real estate, the buyer submits an offer to purchase in writing to the seller. AThe offer to purchase agreement sets forth the contingencies under which the sale will not occur.

Your question seems to imply some sort of cancellation period. There is not one for regular real estate in NC. The three-day cancellation rule only applies in general to in-home sales and maybe things like fitness club contracts.

If this is a time-share, you need to read the contract - it will specify the time in which you have to cancel. If you are going to cancel, you need to do it as provided for in the agreement by sending written notice to the specified address.
