Property lien in nc

We the creditor have civil judgement in VA, and have discovered that our debtor owns property in NC. What is the procedure for filing a lien against said property? It is as simple as docketing the judgement in circuit court of the property's county in VA.

You have to docket the judgment in the county where the property is. You can call the Clerk of Court in NC and see if they can help you with the necessary steps.
