Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina
My spouse and I were legally separated and she purchased a town home.we later reconciled and only her name is on the deed.do I have any property rights or ownership to the property since my name is not on the deed?(North Carolina)

It depends. Property acquired after the date of separation usually stays separate property except possible increases or decreases in value may be what is called "divisible" property in the event of divorce.
What you need to do is review any separation agreement that you may have entered into at the time and see what, if anything, it says about property and whether the agreement ended upon reconciliation. If you have reconciled, you can always see if your wife will add you to the deed now. If she does, then you will not have to worry.
