Legal Question in Tax Law in North Carolina

I believe someone in my family has hidden stock in my name, against my wishes, to avoid paying tax on the dividends. I know what company the stock is in but have no other information and cannot contact the family member for such. What should I do?

The company keeps a record of who owns its stock. Contact the company. They may be able to issue you new certificates as well.
