If your parents died the guardianship ended. A personal representative would handle their estates. You post no details. You need to know what your parents owned and owed and when they died. Did one or both have a will? Make a list of all beneficiaries or heirs. Take the information to a probate attorney who practices in the county where your parents lived at the time of death to see if estates need probated and find out how the property would be distributed.
