ages for sex
Is it legal for a 18 year old to have sex with a 15 year old in North dakota they have beeb dateing for over a year now.

Because the 18 year old is not four years older than the 15 year old, it is legal. However if there is four years of age difference then it becomes illegal.

NDCC 12.1-20-01. General provisions. In sections 12.1-20-03 through 12.1-20-08
When criminality depends on the victim being a minor, the actor is guilty of an offense only if the actor is at least four years older than the minor.
