What is the penalty for possessing insense what class felony is it and what are the max and min sentences

? Incense? if you mean synthetic marijuana, then it is a Class C Felony, punishible by up to a $5000 fine and 5 years in prison. A minimum penalty of a drug addiction evaluation.
