Legal Question in DUI Law in North Dakota

I was convicted of a DUI in Jan in Fargo , at the time I had a minnesota license but I live in North Dakota. I have done all the requirements for North Dakota, but I was told I have to for minnesota also?? Is that true?? I have to pay there reinstatement fee, dwi/ drug written test and make new application for a license?? I also remember someone saying something about how if I was accused for fargo, minnesota shouldnt be able to or some thing like that.. please help me out thanks

Yes, if you are licensed in MN and and get a DUI in ND, you will eventually get suspended in MN too. This MN suspension will require you to comply with MN reinstatement requirement. What ever else you heard is nonsense.
