Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in North Dakota

First off i'm not sure if I chose the correct topic "Juvenile Dependency"...If there is someone that could better ask my question please let me know what the correct area of law I should chose.

My boyfriend and I have been together for about a year now & at the beginning of the relationship my mother approved of my boyfriend. But as things went on she began to not like him because we got into fights and he is 21 so he goes to the bars almost once every weekend. I don't think those are very major things, but she started to not approve of him.

Today both him and I were served with restraining orders that my mom herself put on him...I was wodering if there is anything I can do about it because I dont think it is fair to me or him. I know shes just being a mother looking out for me. I'm seventeen and turn 18 march 1st...Since im so close to 18 I was thinking maybe theres some way I can get around it. If you can give me any advice about this PLEASE let me know.

I don't think you can do anything until you are 18. It is probably best, because if you are having sex with him, he could go to prison. If I was his lawyer, I would tell him to stay away until you are 18.
