Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Dakota

Eviction
After serving the ''Evict or Quit'' papers, served by the local sherrif, the renter paid the past due amount. What are my options now as I know he will continue to be late again.

If there is no default, there is no eviction.

You must wait until he defaults again, then serve another eviction, unless you can get an agreement to move.
