illegal foreclosure

had property almost seven yrs, made payments on mortagage. bank filed forclosure, submitted microfilms for dates to them thru their lawyer May - June 2004. employee for their atty, said to me, need to get lawyer, she sees fraud and embellzement from the bank. bank/atty refused microfilms from my bank, they proceeded to file foreclosure. what is statutue of limitations, how do I file charges for fraud & embezzlement against them. i proved payments on my account and yet they refused to accept documents. I need to know what my next step is....and how much time do I have to file crimianal chrgs? I need a real good lawyer also. Thank you...

it would be important for you to retain a civil lawyer because he foreclosures case is going to be handled by a civil judge. The information stated in the question gives rise to a defense to foreclosure.
