Legal Question in Technology Law in Ohio

Hello, I am thinking about making a website that is dedicated to funny videos posted on YouTube. Most of the videos on YouTube include programming code, commonly called "embed code", which enables anyone to embed the video on their own website.

Is it illegal for me to embed numerous funny videos from YouTube onto my own website, even though the code to embed the videos on my website is clearly displayed, shared and even encouraged on YouTube?
