Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio

We filed chpt 7. Been discharged since 2001. Dfas is just now letting us know we owe money for being over weirght on household goods in a government move. 3 years later. .......Are they considered a priority debt or a non-priority?....

I m not completytely sure I understand the issue. If it is whether or not you may discharge a debt to DFAS, I assume that you can, if they were listed. If they were not listed then they are not discharged. If they were not listed and you want to add them, it may be too late as your case is probably closed, but contact your attorney. If they are considered non- dischargeable, then you cannot discharge them. As to being priority or non priority, this issue is only relevant in term of any asset that may have been turned over to the trustee. You should not concern yourself with this.
