Relocation of Residence during Bankruptcy

We own a mobile home that is being paid for through the Chapter #13 that we filed. We are taking jobs in Ohio and live in Michigan. Under the current bankruptcy laws can we move our home to Ohio and still pay for it through the bankruptcy?

Moving Mobile Home in Chapter 13

Sure. The move should not be affected by your Chapter 13. Just be sure that the Chapter 13 Trustee and the creditor have the address of the pad where you'll be setting up housekeeping.
