Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

Business Ethics

Is it illegal for an employee, having brought to the attention of a manager financial reporting errors, to act on the manager's orders to report the erroneous financial statements? Is there any legal requirement for the employee to report the manager/business to authorities? If the matter would be brought to court, would the employee be legally culpable in any way?

Re: Business Ethics

Your question is not clear. If you found evidence of wrong doing, and reported it, there is no culpability in that. www.dgw-law.com
