Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Trademark
Ok i own a small Roofing Business outside of Cint,My question is. If i make a flyer with my business info on it is it ok to put the Logos of Material Companys that i use.Do i need their permission to do it or can i just put a disclaimer at the bottom, informing the customer of the Registered trademarks of the respective companies?

You cannot commercially use registered and/or protected logos and trademarks of other businesses/companies without written approval.
