voice mail confidentiality
i left a voice mail in an employee's voice mail and it was transferred to other employees.this voice mail was only intended for this employee. did i have an expectation of privacy? please advise.

Gennerally, no. Once you've communicated with a second person, he or she is free to do whatever the ywant with it. Your biggest problem is proving actual damages against this second person.
