Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
I am working on a capital investment business system to furnish free computers and/or tuition to low/no income residents that want to start their own business in trade for a percentage of their future revenue but need to know what legal options are available and what my limitations may be beyond a basic investor's rights agreement.
