E-Mail Fraud

NetZero is an internet provider,someone set up an account in my name and NetZero charged it to my telephone number,I paid the bill,Net Zero gave me an abuse hot line that you can no longer use to contact them. They know who did it but will not tell the Sheriffs Detp. or me. and the Phone Co. Vrerzion will not say anything about it as to why they let this be added to my bill with out my permission. I tried calling NetZero and they put you on hold and never come back to answere so you have to hang up . They are avoiding me and the Sheriff'sDept. What can I do to prosecute this person for Identy Theft and invasion of my privacy?

Well, you have the opporunity to sue this unidentified person, and Netzero in order to compel Netzero by subpoena to provide what information they have. Might cost you for a lawyer to do it, but it is possible to do.
