Legal Question in Technology Law in Ohio

Internet Stalking

I have recieved email that could be considered sexually stalking or harassing. I have the email messages with the headers telling who sent them. I also have an email message from their ISP, confirming the identity person that sent them. I am thinking about pressing charges. I live in Ohio and they live in Georgia. Can you advise me on what to do? Thank you.

A client of mine had a similar problem and made a report to the FBI. They are trying to become more proficient at handling this type of crime. Good luck I am sure this is a troubling problem.
