Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
Car Purchase
i purchased a car from a buy here pay here lot. they went out of business because of illegal acitivity and did not tell any customers. after several attempts to find them the bbb told me they went out of business. now 9 months later they are calling demanding payment or repossession. what are my legal rights and do i owe them. they are doing business under a whole different name. what do i do?
