Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

Loaned someone $10,000.00 over a year ago, has never paid any of it back. Is there anything we can do legally to try and get the money back?

You can file a lawsuit on the loan contract to recover the unpaid loan balance (as well as interest, etc.) Did you have a written loan agreement? Verbal? The strength of your lawsuit would depend on these answers as well as many other factors.
