Received a summons

Got a summons for a medical bill from a lawyer have been paying pmts and the attorney not happy what we have been sending What should we do?

Draft and file an answer to the complaint, and make sure you state the amount of payments you have alreafy made, so you will get full credit for them. You must also send a copy to the lawyer.
