temporary pauper
filed bk in 02....lost job after cannot find work or pay bills....debts mounting. If I forfeit mobilhome for in-abilaty to pay.....what happens next....also other utility bills, some taxes. I just have nothing left

If you are paying for the mobile home under the bankruptcy, you would want to try to amend to include it and the utilities. If this is a new purchase, you could try to sell it and hope to get enough money prior to a foreclosure.
