Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
4th DUI but havent had one in 14 yrs....
I just received my 4th DUI, my vehicle was impounded and my license.. Go to court this Thursday.. My question is.. Since it was so long ago since my last DUI (14 years ago) will I do jail time? Lose driving priviledges? I am the sole provider and driver of my home.. My wife does not work, or drive we have 4 children.. Any answers would be great appreciated and thanks in advance

You will definitely see some jail time. The lookback has been 6 years, and now it is 20 years, so this may very well be charged as a felony.
