What is the diversion prog.?
i was charged with a M1 for theft. I've never been in any trouble. I plead not guilty at my arrainment and got a PD. is it possible for me to get into a diversion prog? and what exactly is a diversion program?

Every court is different when it comes to diversion programs. Why don't you ask your public defender?
