Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My Fiance
My fiance got in trouble with me 4 years ago because I was underage. He served house arrest and 3 years probation. After he succesfully completed his probation we got back together, I am now 19. Since I was underage he got labled a sex offender. He has to register his address everytime he moves. Well about 2 months ago they tried saying he didnt register his address. There is no proof if he did or didnt. Not registering your address is a felony 4. They are trying to push 3 years in prison for this. He got introuble with me, we are still together, and ready to be married. Could they possibly give him that long of a sentence? I need help!!!!!!!
