Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

I was found guilty of a felony theft charge in 2007 and also a misdomeanor theft that was dismissed but, all from the same charge. I would like to have my record sealed because i am pursuing my licence in nursing. Is it possible or will i be denied?

Felony convictions are tough to seal but not impossible. Whether you will be successful will depend on your behavior after and before the conviction (that is, no legal trouble) and the judge who hears the case. For you, this is very serious business because your license and future career will depend on it. You need to hire a lawyer because if you try and then lose, you are done.
