Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Pulled over for tail light out cops arrested my boyfriend for driving under suspension but he is on a limited privalage license, they towed his car and searched it and found a old pill bottle in the glove box charging with 5th degree felony possession of perscription that is not your own. his bond court is for tomorrow morning, what can he do he has never used those drugs he bought a used car and it was left from the old owners he never threw out the bottle 2 flexeral muscle relaxers are in the bottle.

What can he do? Hire an attorney! They are charging him with a felony. This is serious stuff and he should not go it alone.
