rape charges
a man had an affair for 3 months and he wants to break it off, but the other woman now says she will charge him with rape if he leaves her what should he do?

Re: rape charges
get a digital tape recorder from Best Buy or wherever you can and get her on tape talking to this person and admitting the affair and that the sex was consensual. If she then files rape charges falsely, this person will have evidence that she is lying to take to the police.
