Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was released from prison 3/30/2010 and was told and given paper work that I had one year parole. One year went by and my parole officer told me that my time was up that I was done with parole. About two months after I was released. My parole officer called me and said that there was a mistake and that the parole board really gave me three years on parole. He said that all his information said one year but the board said they gave me three. Never once was I told or given paper work stating that I had three years. It was always one year. What can I do about this?
