young child ''accused'' of molesting another

without my knowlege me ex took me son to his hometown. my son(10)at the time was bullied until they got what they wanted. he has been convicted, is there anything i can do to over turn this?

Where was you child charged? Where did your ex take him to? What has your son been convicted of? You have a very serious issue and I suggest you talk directly to an attorney as soon as possible. I would need to know a lot more about the case before I could answer your question. It sounds like your son went into court and admitted the charges. If that is so, there are certain procedures that a court must follow to assure that the plea of admission is voluntarily given. To start, we would need to get a copy of the transcript of the hearing to see if the court followed the proper procedures. What county did this take place in?
