Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

Here is my situation I am wondering. On St. Patricks Day I got a DUI of .1 with the legal law being .08. I had a court date scheduled for a week later which got changed now to two weeks later because the judge went on vacation. So now without my driving privledges I am missing out on working one job and will be in danger of losing it because I have no possible way during the day to get to the job. When the court date got changed I had a police officer call my dads house and leave a message about the court date being changed on the answering machine rather than just leaving a call back number for me to call and find out the situation. The information about the case is not anything I wanted disclosed to certain members of my family yet now they know. I am 25 and I heard somewhere that if I was 18 this was alright, but with it not I have a sense of privacy that was not respected in this situation is this true?

You can't get privileges until day 16 from the date of incident. Your BAC of .10 makes it worthwhile to get an attorney since it's almost at the limit. You should make an effort to avoid the DUI... Your arrest and charge are public record and you have no right to privacy there...call me directly if you need more info. 216.952.1990
