Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My 3 week old sons father is threatening to take me to court for full custody.

He has been told daily that he can see his son at my residence until hes older.

I have let him have 2. 1 hr visits away from me..one at the local mall...his choice

And one st his fathers...which my son came bsck to me reeking of smoke..

And I sm breastfeeding...the fathers solution is to put him on a bottle so he can take him.

Does he have any grounds to get full custody.

He is not on the birth certificate...nor does my son have his last name.

He helped out by hiving me 20$ my whole pregnancy.

Plus he got married to his 3 rd wife 3 months after he left me.

At this point from what you have stated he is not legally considered the father and has no rights to the child if you are not married. If there has not been paternity established he is not yet the legal father. He can file for paternity to be established though and once it is (usually through genetic testing) he can file for custody and/or visitation.
