In cases of child visitation, does the residential parent have to allow a child to go if the noncustodial parent sends someone else to pick the child up for visitation?

What does the visitation order say? Or does it even address this? If it is not addressed in the order I would say no. But I would have to have more facts about your particular case before I could say for sure.

Thanks and have a great day.
