child visitation

my son age 19 has a 4month old daughter with his girlfriend age 16. when his girlfriend became pregnant her father pressed unlawful sexual conduct with minor charges against my son. with the fathers agreement the charges were dropped to attempt and my son was charged with 90 days jail time which he has served. now he wants visitation with his daughter and the mothers parents won't allow him to have any contact with her. can they stop him from seeing his daughter? how can he visit his daughter if he isnt allowed to have any contact with the childs mother? They also say that if he continues calling her & trying to see her there will be more charges filed. what kind of charges could they file?

Re: child visitation

The father needs to file a Motion for Visitation with the juvenile court, and get a proper visitation schedule established, so he does not have to worry about dealing with the mother's parents, whether she is emancioated or not.
